The Journey Begins

I'm 22, based in South Africa, and I've recently discovered a deep interest in building hardware from scratch.

While I can go on a rant explaining...
I believe it would be better for us all if I just get into the meat of exactly what is going on here and where this is headed.

The short and sweet is that I know absolutely zero about circuits, micro-controllers or really anything close to a PCB. My goal is to learn, study, build and develop until I finally become an Embedded Systems Engineer.

Blog by blog I will document my findings and projects, until ultimately closing off the blog with "We did it!". I am starting from scratch with just a SparkFun Inventors Kit and a dream to make an LED shine as bright as my future!
